  • - beef tenderloin 500 g

  • - celery root 300 g

  • - onion 1 pc.

  • - allspice 4 pcs.

  • - dark beer 400 ml.

  • - dark bread 4 pieces

  • - mustard seeds 3 tbsp. l

  • - Bay leaf

  • - pepper and salt to taste

  • - vegetable oil 4 tbsp. l

  • - garlic 3 cloves

Wash the beef and cut into small pieces.

Peel the garlic, onion, celery root, and then finely chop.

Take a saucepan and heat vegetable oil in it, add beef and fry it until golden brown (all the liquid must be evaporated).

Add prepared onions, garlic and celery root. Mix everything thoroughly and fry for about 3 minutes.

Add salt, pepper, beer, bay leaf and simmer the meat on low heat for about 1.5 hours under a lid.

While the meat is being stewed, cut the bread into small pieces and fry in a dry pan without adding oil. Grate the toasts with mustard.

Once the meat is cooked, put the toasts in the pan and mix everything. The finished dish needs to be infused for about 3-5 minutes.
