Chicken Meatballs in Cream Sauce

This recipe makes it very easy to cook chicken meatballs for a family dinner. They are baked in the oven.

Ingredients:

- 500 g of chicken;

- 200 ml cream;

- 150 g of hard cheese;

- 1 onion, 1 egg;

- 5 cloves of garlic;

- pepper, salt.

Rinse the chicken, beat lightly, then cut into small pieces and mix with finely chopped onions. Pass this mixture through a meat grinder, season with pepper and salt or any other spices to taste. Beat a raw egg and mix with minced chicken.

Spread a cream (about 20 ml) baking dish. Form small balls from minced meat, put in a mold. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.

While the meatballs are baked, cook the sauce. To do this, grate the cheese, grind the peeled cloves of garlic with a garlic squeezer, mix with cream.

Remove the meatballs, pour the cream sauce, return them to the oven for 15-20 minutes. It can be served as an independent dish or with any side dish.

Chicken Meatballs in Tomato Sauce

These chicken meatballs are even easier to cook than the previous recipe, despite the greater number of ingredients. Tomato sauce perfectly complements meat balls.

Ingredients:

- 500 g of chicken;

- 1/4 cup of milk;

- 1 jar of tomatoes in their own juice;

- 1 egg white;

- a piece of white bread;

- olive oil - 1 spoon;

- grated Parmesan, dried oregano, pepper, salt - to taste.

As in the previous recipe, pass the chicken fillet through a meat grinder, but this time mix not with onions, but with white bread. Mix the resulting minced meat with milk, egg white, cheese, oregano. Salt, pepper to taste.

Form balls from minced meat, fry in olive oil for 5 minutes, then add mashed tomatoes and juice to them, cover, cook for 15 minutes.

Serve the finished chicken meatballs with mashed potatoes or spaghetti.
