You will need

  • - Milk - 240 ml;

  • - Honey - 2 tsp;

  • - Egg yolk - 2 pcs.;

  • - Butter - 60 g;

  • - Salt - 0.5 tsp;

  • - Fast-acting yeast - 30 g;

  • - Flour - 600 g.

  • Filling:

  • - Butter - 100 g;

  • - Sugar - 150 g;

  • - Cocoa powder - 50 g.

Instruction manual

1

Heat the milk slightly - it should be warm, but not hot. Dissolve the yeast and honey in it and leave for 15 minutes so that the surface of the milk is covered with bubbles.

2

Melt the butter and cool slightly. Beat it with a second teaspoon of honey and yolks. Sift flour into a large bowl with salt, add the same oil mixture and yeast, knead the dough. Then put it in a greased container, cover with a linen towel and leave for an hour to approach.

3

In the meantime, let's get into the filling, mixing the softened butter with cocoa and sugar until smooth.

4

We divide the dough into 2 parts, roll each into a thin layer, distribute the filling on it, roll it into a roll and form a pigtail, as in the picture.

5

We cover the baking sheet with baking paper, set the oven to heat up to 180 degrees. Put the pigtails on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Bon Appetit!
