There are several recipes by which you can bake real classic brushwood. It is important that it turns out crispy. To do this, knead a special dough for brushwood. Grind the eggs with two tablespoons of sugar and one tablespoon of sunflower oil. Add salt and vinegar.

Gradually adding flour, knead the dough like dumplings, cover it with a clean towel and leave it on the table for half an hour.

Then, with a knife, divide the dough for brushwood into 4 parts. First roll one piece as thin as possible on a cutting board.

Cut the dough for brushwood into narrow strips, then into rhombuses. In the middle of each rhombus, make an incision and turn one end of the strip through it. Having made twigs from one part of the dough, you immediately need to dull them to fry.

Pour half of the vegetable oil into a deep frying pan and heat for 1 to 2 minutes over high heat.

It is necessary to put 3 to 4 twigs in boiling oil. With proper preparation, they should increase in volume, acquiring a golden color. Turn over with a fork, fry the second side. Get out with a slotted spoon. Put on a dish and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
