Pour flour and baking powder for dough there. Mix everything properly until smooth. Thus, you have a batter for future apple chips.

Wash the apples thoroughly, then chop them in the form of rings, the thickness of which is approximately 5 millimeters. Only first core the fruit. The more carefully you do this, the better future chips will look.

In a cooked batter, roll the fruits sliced ​​into rings. In a frying pan with oil, fry the apple rings on each side for 1-2 minutes. If you took enough juicy apples, then before dipping them in batter, roll in flour.
