Remove all ingredients from the refrigerator in advance so that they warm to room temperature. Beat eggs with sugar using a mixer until dense airy foam.

Add milk and butter to the egg-sugar mass, then add flour, previously sifted and mixed with baking powder.

On a fine grater rub the zest of orange. Soak raisins for 5 minutes in hot water, dry with a towel and roll in flour. Add zest and raisins to the dough.
