First of all, you need to prepare the dough for the cheese pie. Pour kefir into a saucepan, mix it with oil, salt. Break the egg in kefir, mix. Heat the kefir, stirring, so that the mixture becomes warm.

Take 3 cups of flour and sift through a sieve into a separate deep bowl. Then pour the warm kefir-egg mixture into the flour. Shuffle everything with a fork. Mix the rest of the flour with soda and sift it onto a clean, dry table.

Pour dough from a bowl onto flour on the table. Knead the dough using all the flour on the table. Cover the finished dough and leave for 15 minutes.

While the dough is resting, you need to do cheese filling for the pie. Grated hard cheese mixed with feta cheese or cottage cheese, break 2 eggs there, mix. Salt the filling to taste.

Crumple the rest of the dough again and leave for another 10-15 minutes. Then divide the filling and dough into 4 parts. Roll each quarter of the dough into a round cake, the thickness of which should be about 1 cm. Put 1 part of the filling into each rolled cake. Pinch the edges of the dough to the middle.

All the resulting round pies put the seams down, leave for 5 minutes. Sprinkle them with flour and carefully roll out so that the dough does not tear and the filling does not fall out. Bake all 4 pies in a skillet, in vegetable oil. The cake is fried on both sides until golden brown. When baking, the pies become very lush. Then, each finished cake can be slightly greased with butter.
