To prepare puffs with strawberries, you will need the following ingredients: 500 g of puff pastry, 200 g of ripe strawberries, 240 ml of milk, a package of vanilla pudding, a package of milk jelly for the cake.

You can cook puffs with strawberry filling from fresh or frozen berries. If vanilla pudding is not on sale, it is replaced with yogurt.

Strawberry Puff Recipe

Thawed puff pastry is rolled out on a cutting board, previously sprinkled with flour. The resulting layer is cut into squares of approximately equal size: 12x12 cm. A frame is cut on each piece at a distance of 2 cm from the edge of the dough.

The oven is heated to 180 ° C. The baking sheet is well lubricated with vegetable oil and the prepared cookie cutters are transferred to it. Bake the workpiece for about 10-12 minutes. During this time, the puffs will increase significantly in volume. In this case, a characteristic rim is formed. The middle of the puffs must be removed, leaving a bottom.

The resulting molds are filled with vanilla pudding or yogurt. Ripe strawberries are washed and dried with paper towels. Thawed berries are especially thoroughly dried, otherwise the moisture released will ruin the dessert. Each berry is cut into 4 parts. Slices spread on the pudding.

The contents of the jelly package are diluted with a small amount of warm boiled water. It should be quite thick jelly. They are watered with puffs. After that, the dessert is placed in the refrigerator for literally 15-20 minutes to freeze the jelly.
