Rice with meat

Rinse the meat under cold water, dry it. Cut the flesh into small pieces. Sauté meat in vegetable oil for 10 minutes over high heat until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Then reduce the heat and fry for about 10 minutes until the meat is ready.

Peel the onion and chop into small strips. Grated peeled carrots. Add spices - salt, red pepper, onions and carrots to the meat. Stir the meat and level in a pan.

Rinse the rice in cold water. Pour long-grain rice to the meat and evenly distribute it with a spoon. Gently pour boiling water. It should cover the rice by 1 cm. To absorb water evenly, mix the water with rice, being careful not to touch the meat. Do not cover the pan with a lid.

Stew rice with meat over medium heat until water is absorbed. Then reduce the heat to a minimum, cover and simmer for about 15 minutes. When the rice is ready, stir it with the meat and leave to insist under the lid for at least 5 minutes.

Oven Rice with Meat

Boil pre-washed rice with salted water until half cooked. Cut the onions into thin strips, and grate the carrots on a medium grater.

Wash the meat and cut into small cubes. Lightly fry the meat slices in a saucepan in sunflower oil. Add onions and carrots to the meat. Stew meat with vegetables for about 5-7 minutes. At the end of cooking, salt and season the spices to taste.

Pour the vegetable oil into the bottom of the clay pots for baking. Divide the meat mass equally into 2 parts. Fill the pots with one half of the meat, put the boiled rice on top, and then the remaining fried meat pieces. Pour a little boiled water into each pot, cover with lids and place them in a cold oven. Set the temperature to 200 ° C. After 30-40 minutes, rice with meat in pots will be ready.
