In addition to the well-known mushrooms, chanterelles and honey mushrooms, there are other, less well-known black mushrooms. Their varieties are also many. These are shitaki, syanga, muer, etc. From muer mushrooms, for example, you can cook salads, hot dishes and even jelly. We have such mushrooms sold dry. Before cooking, they must be soaked.

You will need

    • one bag of black mushrooms (dry);
    • a few drops of vinegar;
    • one large head of onion (onion);
    • 50 g of vegetable oil (any);
    • 3 cloves of garlic;
    • a pinch of salt.

Remove the mushrooms from the package and sort it out well. Leave only the product intact. Put in a pan (a small saucepan is also suitable). Pour dry mushrooms with boiling water, add a few drops of vinegar and leave for an hour or two. When the mushrooms greatly increase in size, about 6-8 times, and open, drain the water and salt them. When soaking, there should be enough hot water, because one, even the smallest mushroom, can absorb up to 200 g of water.

Take a large onion head and clean it well. Wash in cold water. Pour oil into a frying pan (any vegetable is suitable). Put it on fire. Cut the onion into large pieces and place it on a preheated pan. Sauté the onion (stirring occasionally) until a slight blush appears.

Remove the swollen mushrooms from the pot with water and put in a colander. Rinse under a stream of cold water and put in a bowl. Salt.

Pour the cooked mushrooms by frying from boiling oil and onions. Grind the garlic (you can use a crush of garlic) and add everything to a bowl of mushrooms. Mix well, garlic and onions should be evenly distributed over the entire surface of the product. Leave it on the table for a while to cool. When it cools, the dish is ready to eat.

If you try mushrooms for the first time, then do it in small portions, because mushrooms cause allergies in some people. Pregnant women are contraindicated, they have many active enzymes that can adversely affect the health of a pregnant woman.

Useful advice

If you still have soaked mushrooms, do not throw them away. Such mushrooms are stored in a cold place, such as in a refrigerator, for three days. You just need to put them in a pot of water and cover with a lid.
