You will need

    • Two fresh raw eggs from the fridge,
    • Milk - 300 ml
    • Vodka - 100 g
    • Sugar - 3 tablespoons,
    • Dried ginger - 1 teaspoon,
    • Ground cinnamon - a quarter of a teaspoon,
    • Coconut flakes 1 teaspoon,
    • Vanilla sugar on the tip of a knife.

Instruction manual

1

Boil milk, remove the foam, for this you can strain it. Refrigerate in a tightly sealed container.

2

Separate the whites from the yolks. Do it very carefully. Beat the whites with a mixer or blender until a strong white foam, then, continuing to whip, pour in granulated sugar, gradually, one spoonful. Beat the mixture until a thick white mass forms, which ceases to separate from the corollas and hangs on them with peaks.

3

Add cinnamon, ginger, yolks, one at a time to the whipped whites, and continue whisking with the mixer for another minute.

4

Continuing to beat, pour in a thin stream of milk, then gradually vodka, stir with a whisk at low speeds. Done!

5

This cocktail is served in triangular martini glasses. Before pouring a cocktail into them, the edges of the glass, turned over, are dipped first in water and then in coconut flakes. This will make our cocktail even more appetizing.

6

Pour the cocktail into glasses by sprinkling the remaining coconut flakes on top.

Useful advice

If there is no coconut, then in the same way you can decorate the edges of the glass with just granulated sugar.
