Pour some sunflower oil into a deep cast-iron skillet. Heat and pass onion on it.

Add mushrooms and fry them a little. Combine with tomato, bell pepper, zucchini and carrots. Salt to taste. Stir and cover. Simmer for 20-25 minutes.

Then add sour cream, spices and a little chilli pepper to the mushrooms with vegetables. If this is not at hand, you can use adjika. Fry with the lid open for 5-10 minutes, stirring constantly.

When the vegetables are soft, season them with garlic and fry for another 5-7 minutes. Sprinkle the finished dish on top with fresh herbs. For example, parsley or dill.

Boiled rice will go well with wild mushrooms stewed with vegetables. Melt some butter in a small saucepan or casserole. Wash rice under running water. An incomplete glass of cereals will be enough for a family of 3-4 people.

Sauté rice in oil until golden brown. Fill with water. A glass of rice will require two glasses of water. Salt to taste. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes.

Then remove from the stove and let stand for another 10-15 minutes. In this case, do not open the cover. Otherwise, the rice may turn out to be loose.
