Cut the onion and loin into small cubes.

The oil must be heated in a deep frying pan. Fry the loin in it for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the onion. Fry brisket until fat melts.

Close the pan with a lid and simmer until the sauce turns into a homogeneous, thin mass. Remove the pepper, salt and pepper.
