You will need
- - 800 grams of small potatoes
- - 50-60 grams of butter
- - 100 grams of semolina
- - a third of a teaspoon of black pepper
- - a pinch of hops-suneli or another mixture of spices
- - vegetable oil

Rinse the potatoes, peel if desired. Larger tubers cut in half.

Put the potatoes in a pan, fill with water and cook until half cooked (just do not digest).

Drain the potatoes from the pot. Melt the butter. Pin each tuber on a fork, dip in oil and breaded in semolina.

Put the potatoes in a baking dish, greased with vegetable oil and sprinkled with semolina. Season the Suneli hops with salt and pepper.

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve potatoes as an independent dish, and as a snack, herring or pickles will suit it.
