Cook the fish stock. To do this, pour water into the pan, add wine and salt a little. Put salmon slices, black pepper and bay leaf in the same place. Bring to a boil, remove the foam and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Then get the fish, and strain the broth.

In the meantime, peel the potatoes and onions and cut them into small cubes. And finely chop the celery stalk and fry in a separate saucepan in butter, making a slow fire.
