Soup puree can be prepared from different mushrooms, but the most common and affordable option is to take mushrooms and dried porcini mushrooms.

- - 2 onions
- - 3 cloves of garlic
- - 300 ml of sunflower oil
- - ½ kg of champignons
- - 200 g honey agaric
- - 1 tsp salt
- - 150 ml cream with a fat content of 22%
- - ½ tsp black pepper

First you need to soak dried mushrooms in cold water and leave for 1 hour to make them softer. While the mushrooms are soaked, you need to chop the garlic and onions and stew them in vegetable oil until transparent. Cooking should be in the same pan where the soup will be cooked.

Mushrooms should be washed, chopped and sent to the onion with garlic.

Add softened porcini mushrooms there along with the liquid, where they were soaked, mix and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally.

Honey mushrooms must also be put in the pan.

Add ½ liter of boiling water, salt and cook over moderate heat for 20-30 minutes.

Using a blender, grind the mushrooms to a puree state.

Pour cream on them, salt, pepper, bring to a boil and turn off.
