Ingredients for the pie:

  • 500 g turkey liver;
  • 250 g smoked brisket;
  • 100 g of buckwheat flour;
  • 250 g of wheat flour;
  • 250 ml of whey or milk;
  • 250 g mayonnaise;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 3 small onions;
  • 1 sweet pepper (red);
  • 1 bag of buckwheat;
  • 3 onion feathers;
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder for dough;
  • 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil;
  • salt.

Cooking:

  1. Boil buckwheat in a bag until tender, without salting, remove and cool.
  2. Peel the turkey liver from the films, wash and cut into small pieces. Cut the brisket in the same way as the liver.
  3. Peel, wash and finely chop onion feathers, white onion, and sweet pepper without combining.
  4. Pour a little oil into a skillet and heat it. Put slices of brisket in hot oil and fry until a fat with smoked taste is allocated. This fat is needed so that all other ingredients get its delicate taste and aroma.
  5. Then add slices of red pepper and white onion to the brisket. Stir the contents of the pan and fry for another 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are soft.
  6. After this time, add slices of liver and chopped onion feathers to the fried vegetables with brisket. Mix and fry again for 1-2 minutes over high heat. During this time, the liver, of course, will not be fried, but it will set a little. And this is just what you need.
  7. After a couple of minutes, salt the contents of the pan, mix and remove from heat.
  8. Combine the eggs with a pinch of salt and beat with a mixer in a cool white foam.
  9. Then pour the serum and mayonnaise into the foam, whisk everything again. After pouring buckwheat flour, mix it with a mixer and leave for a while for swelling.
  10. As soon as the buckwheat flour swells, you need to introduce wheat flour together with the baking powder in small portions, without ceasing to mix everything. Ready dough should be similar in thickness to sour cream.
  11. At the end of the batch, pour boiled buckwheat into the dough, mix everything again and divide into two equal parts.
  12. Pour one part of the dough to the bottom of the silicone baking dish. Put the whole filling on the dough, smooth it and pour in the second part of the dough.
  13. Formed buckwheat pie to send for 45-50 minutes in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees.
  14. After this time, remove the baked cake from the oven, cool, cut and serve.
