  • - beef tenderloin 500 g

  • - 1 pineapple

  • - onion 150 g

  • - bell pepper 200 g

  • - vegetable oil

  • - salt and pepper

Vegetables must be peeled and cut: onions - large half rings, and pepper - large straws.

Rinse the meat, if necessary, cut into medium-sized pieces, add any spices and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.

Peel the pineapple, cut into two parts and remove the core. It is tough and is not suitable for a dish. Cut the remaining pulp into medium cubes. In total, about 300-400 g of pineapple will be needed.

Fry the onion for 5 minutes in vegetable oil. Put the beef in a pan and fry for another 20-30 minutes. The lid must be closed, and the meat itself must be periodically stirred.

Add pepper to the pan and fry for another 10 minutes.

Put pineapples for the meat, mix well and cook the dish for about 10 minutes. Serve the beef hot. Loose rice is ideal for a side dish.
