In such dishes there should be no place for canned goods, fatty varieties of cheese, smoked meats. Saturated bright aroma and piquant taste of such salads give fresh herbs and spicy herbs. And without dill, green onions and parsley it is impossible to imagine a low-calorie vegetable salad - they have long become a tradition.

Mint, lemon balm, tarragon, watercress, basil, cilantro, cardamom, oregano, often part of vegetable salads, help strengthen immunity and improve digestion.

Low-calorie salads are most often very easy to prepare and do not require a long stay in the kitchen. All the ingredients that make up their composition can be easily purchased at any store. There are purely vegetable, meat, puff or mixed low-calorie salads. As a dressing for them, low-fat sour cream, dressing or light salad mayonnaise is most often used. Many use olive or sunflower oil.

Such salads will not only not harm the figure, but, on the contrary, will contribute to weight loss.

Radish Salad

You will need:

- 190 g of radish;

- 550 g of fresh cucumbers;

- 150 g of low-fat sour cream;

- two tbsp. tablespoons of lemon juice;

- 50 grams of green lettuce leaves;

- freshly ground black pepper;

- greens;

- salt and sugar.

Cut the radishes and fresh cucumbers in circles. Combine sour cream, lemon juice, pepper and seasoning salt, thoroughly whisking the mixture with a whisk. Grind the greens, tear the lettuce leaves into large strips with your hands. Put slices of green salad at the bottom of the salad bowl, carefully mixed ingredients of the dish on it, and pour over the dressing.

Brynza Salad

You will need:

- 450 g of broccoli cabbage;

- 60 g of feta cheese;

- 100 ml of low-fat cream;

- cilantro;

- salt.

To start, steam the broccoli, and then chop the cabbage into small pieces. Cut the feta cheese into cubes, whip the cream slightly. Mix all the ingredients of the salad and garnish with whipped cream and cilantro leaves.

Cauliflower Salad

You will need:

- 4 eggs;

- 90 g of light mayonnaise;

- lemon juice;

- a bunch of green onions;

- 450 g of cauliflower;

- salt;

- ground black pepper.

Disassemble the cauliflower into separate inflorescences and boil in salted water. Then cool and sprinkle it with lemon juice. Hard-boiled eggs and chop into cubes. Chop the green onion feathers into 1 cm pieces. Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl. Season with mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well again.

Yogurt salad

You will need:

- 5 tomatoes;

- red onion;

- 80 g yogurt;

- 20 g grated horseradish;

- cilantro;

- salt;

- red ground pepper.

Cut the onion into rings, cut the tomatoes into several slices. Coarsely chop the cilantro. Season this salad with a mixture of yogurt and grated horseradish. Connect all the components of the salad, pour dressing. Salt, season with red pepper. Mix well and let the dish brew for about 20 minutes at room temperature.

Diet salad with carrots and cheese.

You will need:

- 2 medium carrots;

- 210 g of cheese;

- 30 g of green onions;

- parsley;

- 45 g of mayonnaise;

- two tablespoons of lemon juice;

- salt;

- ground black pepper.

Finely chop the onion and parsley. Grind cheese on a fine grater, and carrots - on a larger one. Combine everything by adding mayonnaise, and pour freshly squeezed lemon juice on top of the salad. Salt and pepper, mix well and serve.
