You will need

  • - rabbit fillet - 400 g;

  • - chicken fillet - 400 g;

  • - onions - 100 g;

  • - tomatoes - 200 g;

  • - vermicelli - 200 g;

  • - garlic - 2 cloves;

  • - olive oil - to taste;

  • - salt, oregano, red and black peppers - to taste.

Instruction manual

1

Initially prepare the tomatoes. Wash the vegetables, remove the stalks, make a cross-shaped incision on the back side. Hold them in boiling water for 20 seconds, then lower them into ice water. Next, remove the peel from the tomatoes and cut into small cubes.

2

Peel the onions and garlic cloves. Prepare the onion in half rings, and crush the garlic with a knife blade, then chop finely. Rinse the pepper, free from seeds and partitions, cut into strips.

3

Take out the pan, heat it over the fire with oil, put onion cubes. After bringing the onions to a transparent state, add the cubes of tomatoes to it. Simmer food together, before evaporating the liquid.

4

In the next step of cooking fideua, put strips of sweet pepper and garlic in a pan. Fry the pans over high heat, constantly stirring the vegetables. Add spices at the end of the treatment.

5

Rinse the meat and cut into portions. Fold them in a pan to vegetables, salt and pepper with red pepper. Stew the dish until the meat is cooked on low heat, with the lid closed.

6

Next, prepare the vermicelli. Pour water into a saucepan, salt and bring to a boil. Put the vermicelli in boiling water, cook until tender. Rinse the finished pasta in cold water in a colander.

7

Mix the vermicelli with the main composition of the products in a pan, and warm them together for several minutes. Serve rabbit meat fideua hot.
