• 180 ml. 10% sour cream;

• 100 g of hard cheese;

• 2 ripe tomatoes;

• 2 cloves of garlic;

• 2 tbsp. l universal seasoning;

Cooking:

1. Tomatoes cut into thick rings. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater. Wash the dill, shake off the water and chop finely with a knife.

2. Pour sour cream in a bowl or deep plate. To it add garlic, passed through the garlic, any universal seasoning, salt and pepper. Instead of salt, you can pour a little soy sauce.

3. Take a baking tray and grease it with 2 tbsp. l sour cream sauce.
