From the cottage cheese, you can cook many dishes. Very beautiful, unusual and tasty it turns out a chocolate dessert with peas.

- - cottage cheese - 300 g;
- - sugar - 200 g;
- - sour cream - 400 ml;
- - cocoa powder - 4 tbsp. l
- - chocolate chips - 20 g;
- - gelatin - 20 g;

Beat cottage cheese, sugar, sour cream in a food processor.

Soak gelatin in 100 ml of water (according to package instructions).
Heat gelatin until completely dissolved, cool slightly, add to the curd mixture, mix well.

Part of the curd mixture (100 ml) set aside in a cooking syringe.
Add cocoa powder to the remaining mixture and mix.

At the bottom of a deep plate lay a cling film and pour the chocolate curd mixture into it.
Then, carefully using a syringe, scoop up the white chocolate curd mixture.
The leftover white mixture pour the dessert on top, put in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

Turn the finished dessert onto a dish, remove the film.
Garnish with chocolate chips.
