Instruction manual
1
Cook the dough - beat the whites with sugar until smooth, then add flour and knead the dough.
2
We divide the resulting dough into three parts, fill it into molds and set it to bake in the oven at a temperature of 200-220 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
3
We prepare the cream - beat 2/3 of the cream with a mixer with 2/3 of sugar, add the gelatin soaked and melted in warm water there and whip again until smooth.
4
We prepare the filling - thoroughly rinse the lingonberries, throw it in a colander so that the glass is water and dry it on a towel. Then we pour the lingonberries in the curd and mix well the resulting filling.
5
On the surface of each cake spread evenly cream, filling and form a cake.
6
Beat the rest of the cream with sugar and coat the top and edges of the product with this cream. Top with a multi-colored sprinkle.
7
Using a pastry bag, we decorate the edges of the cake in a circle with cream flowers or patterns.
8
We send the finished dessert to a cool place for 30-40 minutes.
