Cut green pepper coarsely, fry in a pan with olive oil for 6-10 minutes. Beat the eggs in a mixer glass. Add flour, milk, a pinch of salt and a spoonful of oil, mix with a mixer. The pancake dough is ready.

Fry the pancakes in a pan with olive oil, pouring the dough in portions and giving it a round shape. Cut the bacon into strips and fry in a pan with a small amount of olive oil for 6-11 minutes.

For the sauce, chop the garlic and fry in a pan with olive oil until golden brown. Add tomato sauce, salsa sauce, honey, a pinch of cumin and red pepper. Cook over low heat for 3-7 minutes.

Put sliced cheese, green pepper, bacon on pancakes, wrap and fry in a pan with olive oil for 2-3 minutes. Serve with cooked sauce, garnished with a sprig of parsley. Bon Appetit!
