To make a pie you will need: a package of ready-made puff pastry, 200 g of cottage cheese, 100 g of cheese (any inexpensive hard variety, for example, "Russian"), 1-2 small tomatoes (if cherry, then correspondingly more), 2 tsp. sour cream, 1 egg, herbs to taste (dill, parsley), salt and pepper to taste, butter to lubricate the mold

Making a cake: Defrost puff pastry, unfold it (if it has already been rolled by the manufacturer, if not, then roll it). Select a baking dish about 25 cm in diameter and cut a suitable circle from the dough sheet.

We make the filling: grate the cheese, mash the cottage cheese with a fork along with sour cream, finely chop the greens. Combine all the ingredients, salt and pepper to taste. Gently break the egg, separating the protein. Beat with a mixer the protein and add to the cheese-curd mixture. Stir well together.

Grease the mold with butter, put the dough in it. Spread the filling evenly over the dough. Cut the tomatoes in circles and put on top of the filling. The surface of the cake can be greased with yolk.

Bake the cake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 30 minutes. Ready cake can be additionally sprinkled with fresh herbs.
