You will need

  • - For the test:

  • - 0.7 tbsp. Sahara

  • - 100 gr. honey

  • - 60 gr. butter

  • - 3 eggs

  • - 1 tsp quicklime soda

  • - 3 tbsp. flour + flour for rolling

  • - For cream:

  • - 2 eggs

  • - 0.5 tbsp. Sahara

  • - 2 tbsp. spoons of sour cream

  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of flour

  • - 500 ml. milk

  • - 2 bananas

Instruction manual

1

Combine sugar, honey and butter in a heat-resistant bowl. Put in a water bath and, stirring, melt. Rearrange the bowl on the table. Stir vigorously each time, add eggs one at a time.

2

Return the bowl to the steam bath. Stir in the baking soda. The mass should foam and increase in volume.

3

Add sifted flour. Heat, stirring quickly, for 2-3 minutes (the dough will become viscous and soft). Remove from the stove.

4

Cover the table with baking paper and sprinkle with flour. Form 5 balls from the dough, put on the table and roll. Using a large plate, cut out identical circles from the dough sheets.

5

Transfer baking paper with cakes and scraps of dough onto a baking sheet. Bake in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 5 minutes.

6

For cream, beat the eggs with sugar in a strong foam. Add sour cream and mix. Pour in flour. Then pour in the milk and place on the stove. Cook over low heat, stirring with a whisk, until boiling.

7

Peel and chop bananas in a blender. Add to cream, mix and cool.

8

Lubricate the cakes with cream and form a cake. Sprinkle crushed crumbs of dough. Remove the finished cake for impregnation in the refrigerator.

note

In no case do not overdry the dough cakes in the oven! They should turn yellow, but not brown.
