- - 300 g of apricots;
- - 200 g of wheat flour;
- - 150 g butter;
- - 130 g of flower honey;
- - 4 large eggs;
- - 2 teaspoons of lemon juice;
- - 1 teaspoon of baking powder;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of powdered sugar.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Cut the apricots into halves, remove the seeds from them.

Separate the yolks from the proteins. Soften the butter at room temperature.

Beat butter with honey (100 g) until smooth. Add the egg yolks, mix.

Beat egg whites with lemon juice, you get a thick foam.

Mix baking powder and flour with a creamy honey, add protein.

Put the resulting dough in a non-stick form. You can cover the form with baking paper for reliability.

Spread apricot halves on top with slices down. Bake for 30 minutes. Pour the cake before serving with the remnants of flower honey, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Have a nice tea party!
