Belgian orange coffee

Belgian orange coffee has a pleasant aroma. There is alcohol in the recipe, but the drink only benefits from it.

You will need

• For four servings:

• - 3 glasses of strong coffee;

• - 1/2 cup orange liquor;

• - 1/2 cup cream;

• - 1 egg white;

• - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar;

• - 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla;

• - ground cinnamon.

Beat the protein and a pinch of salt in a deep bowl (use a mixer). It should make a strong foam.

Add sugar, a little cinnamon to taste. Whip again.

Separately, in a chilled bowl, beat the vanilla and chilled cream in a strong foam. Add egg white, mix, place in four cups.

Mix orange liquor with hot coffee. Pour into cups.

Sprinkle cinnamon over the prepared Belgian orange coffee.
