Chocolate corn
Great snack for a movie show in the company of friends. Especially for lovers of sweet and salty.
Ingredients:
- 2 packs of regular popcorn for cooking in the microwave;
- 100 g of dark chocolate;
- a pair of a pinch of salt.
Cooking
Rub the chocolate on a fine grater and mix with salt.
Cook the popcorn in the microwave as it says on the package.
Mix the still hot cooked corn with chocolate.
Spiced Chickpeas
A very healthy vegetarian snack.
Ingredients:
- 400 g of boiled chickpea;
- 20 g of olive oil;
- a teaspoon of paprika;
- 0.5 teaspoon dried rosemary;
- 0.5 teaspoon of hot pepper;
- a third of a teaspoon of turmeric;
- salt to taste.
Cooking
Preheat the oven to 190 gadus.
Gently mix the chickpeas with all the other ingredients and put on a baking sheet.
Bake for half an hour, gently stirring the beans with a spatula every 5 minutes.
English Cucumber Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp soft butter;
- a pair of sprigs of fresh mint;
- 12 pieces of whole grain bread;
- 2 pcs. salad cucumber;
- 4 tbsp cream cheese;
- salt and pepper to taste.
Cooking
Cut the crusts of the bread and dry the slices in the toaster, on the grill or in the pan.
Separate the mint leaves, wash them, dry and chop finely.
Mix peppermint with softened butter and cheese. Lightly salt and pepper.
Finely chop the cucumber.
Collect sandwiches: spread dried bread with butter, cheese and mint. Lay cucumbers in half the bread, cover with the second half.
