An ideal dish when there is a little left in the refrigerator. As a filling suitable: greens, sausage or boiled chicken, mushrooms, cheese (hard or processed). We lay the pita bread on the table, grease it with mayonnaise, sprinkle with finely chopped dill or parsley and leave it to soak (lovers of spicy add garlic or spices to the minez). At this time, prepare the filling.

Finely chop the chicken or sausage, rub the cheese on a fine grater. We spread the meat on pita bread, sprinkle with cheese and turn the tortilla into a tight roll. We place it on a cutting board and put in the refrigerator for 1.5-2 hours. Then we take out and cut into portioned pieces 2-3 cm wide.

Cottage cheese (2 sheets will require approximately 0.5 kg) put in a bowl. We rub any soft cheese on a coarse grater (200 g), mix with cottage cheese, salt and mix thoroughly.
